Mid-century Modern

The first lantern design..... and I hit it out the park.  It was so neutral for the wedding but here it is again for a friend's garden party.  The table is so simple. Ikea plates, turquoise paper napkins held down with stones from the lake and Perrier bottles. It took nothing to put together and the evening was a ton of fun. I had pillar candles in them and the melted down and made a big mess but that would have been all over the table cloth if they weren't in the lanterns.  

To get the residue wax out, I put them in the freezer and the wax just pops off. Then I slip off the cozies, wash the glass and put it back on again.  They are as good as new.
